Working Principle

 Usually use hydraulic drive system, the motor drives the oil pump to run, the hydraulic oil from the oil tank to the oil pipe, through the solenoid valve and other control elements to adjust the pressure and flow of the hydraulic system, the hydraulic oil pushes the piston of the oil cylinder, drive the compression plate and other parts connected to the piston to move downward, on the bearing parts placed on the material to be compressed, when the material is compressed to the set pressure or size, the control system to make the When the material is compressed to the set pressure or size, the control system will make the cylinder stop moving and then carry out subsequent operations such as strapping.

Structural components

Hydraulic system

it consists of oil tank, oil pump, motor, solenoid valve, pressure gauge, oil pipe, etc. It provides power for the baler and precisely controls the pressure and flow rate to ensure the stability and high efficiency of the baling process.

Mechanical system: including shell, compression plate, pressure plate, moving plate, connecting plate, wire rope and other components, to realize the compression and fixation of materials, to ensure the regularity and tightness of the package.

Control system

it is composed of electrical box, hydraulic controller, PLC controller, human-machine interface, etc. It is used for setting baling parameters, monitoring the baling process and controlling the running status of the baler, and can realize manual or automatic control operation.

Packing device: some balers are equipped with conveyor belts, stacking racks and conveying equipment, etc., which are used to store and convey the finished baled articles to improve the automation and working efficiency of production.
