Performance Characteristics

Powerful compression capacity

 it can produce 140 tons of pressure, which can efficiently compress all kinds of loose materials, such as waste paper, plastic, metal scrap, straw, etc., into tight bales, greatly reducing the volume of materials and making it easy to store and transport.

Advanced hydraulic system

adopting high-performance and low-noise hydraulic circuit system, often equipped with imported hydraulic accessories to ensure stable performance and low vibration of the whole machine. The system pressure is usually 28MPa, which can be flexibly adjusted according to the demand of material compression. The power system is mostly a combination of high and low pressure hydraulic system, and the motor power is usually 22KW.

Efficient cutting and bundling device: Reasonable double-shear scissors design, effectively improve the cutting efficiency and prolong the service life of the blades. Fast and simple bundling device, low failure rate, easy to clean and maintain and repair, some models use two fast bundling methods: push line and hook line.

Humanized control system

 touch screen control, with microcomputer PLC control, simple, clear, at a glance, some models also have computer error correction function. The length of bale can be set freely and the value of bale is recorded accurately, which helps production management and efficiency improvement.

High-quality conveying and structural design

 Equipped with transportation belt with anti-slip, large conveying capacity and strong loading capacity, which is convenient for material feeding. Horizontal structure design, using conveyor belt to add materials, saving time and effort and convenient, and easy to realize automatic operation. The bottom structure of the machine is sturdy, such as adopting roller track, interchangeable 12mm wear-resistant steel + 16mm bottom plate, reinforced main body and bottom plate, etc., to ensure the stable operation for a long time.
