Humanized control system

manual or PLC automatic control can be selected; in PLC automatic control mode, it adopts touch screen control with microcomputer PLC programming controller, the operation interface is simple and clear, and it can set the length of bale freely, record the value of bale accurately, and also has the function of error correction by computer, which is convenient for operation and production management.

Efficient shearing and tying device

 the feeding port of some models is equipped with decentralized shearing knives with high shearing efficiency, which can shear the large pieces of materials or entangled materials at the time of feeding and make it easy to be compressed. Equipped with fast and reliable tying device, such as the use of two fast tying methods: push line and hook line, low failure rate, easy to clean and maintain and repair.

the host frame is made of high-quality thickened steel plate with gas welding casting, and the advanced mechanical design makes it have good rigidity and stability, able to withstand long time and high intensity working pressure.
