Characteristic

which is convenient for the operation in narrow space or curved road.

Hydraulic System

The hydraulic system generally adopts high-quality variable piston pumps and motors, such as Danfoss and other brands, which have high transmission efficiency, smooth and reliable operation, and can accurately control the travel and vibration of the roller.

The vibration system has mature vibration technology, partly originated from Germany and other advanced technologies, which can provide stable high-frequency and large-amplitude vibration to enhance the compaction effect, with low failure rate and low maintenance cost.

Braking system

some 8-ton rollers are equipped with caliper disc brake, adopting air-propelled oil-assisted braking mode, 

with fast braking speed and good effect, compared with the drum brake, it can better guarantee the safe operation of the roller in the working conditions such as ramps and so on.

Sprinkler system: Equipped with large-capacity water tanks, such as the two large water tanks of Lutong LTC208 with a volume of 450L respectively, 

he pressure pump electronically-controlled water spraying system can realize uniform atomized sprinkling to keep the roller wheels wet,

prevent asphalt and other materials from adhering to ensure the quality of compaction.
