Fully hydraulic roller

Compact and flexible

 with a compact body, weight of 3 tons and small turning radius, it can work flexibly in narrow spaces such as community roads, sidewalks, parking lots, trench foundations, building construction sites, pipeline backfill areas, etc. It can also be used for compaction of edge parts in large-scale projects.

Easy operation

it often adopts a single joystick to control driving, and is equipped with a stepless speed change system, which can easily realize speed adjustment, and starting and parking can also be completed flexibly, which reduces the labor intensity of the operator and improves the working efficiency.

Good compaction effect

although it is a small tonnage roller, through the reasonable design of steel wheel size, vibration frequency, amplitude and excitation force and other parameters, it can effectively compact various materials, such as asphalt mixture, sand, gravel, etc., and achieve good compaction and smoothness.

Energy-saving and environmental protection: the engine mostly adopts National III and National IV emission standards, which has strong power, low fuel consumption and low exhaust emission, which meets the requirements of environmental protection and reduces the cost of use.

High comfort: some 3-ton rollers are equipped with elastic seats and multi-stage vibration-damping devices, which can reduce the operator's vibration sensation during the working process and improve the comfort of operation.

Main Configurations

Engine: such engine, vertical three-cylinder water-cooled, EFI, with power big, strong power, easy to start, and in line with the National III emission standard; Deutz engine, with rated power, rated rotation speed of 2600r/min, engine fuel consumption of, and fuel tank capacity , some of the 3-ton rollers are equipped with National IV diesel engine, and some of the 3-ton rollers are equipped with flexible seats to reduce vibration and improve operation comfort. Some of the 3-ton rollers adopt national four diesel engines, which is energy-saving and environment-friendly.

Hydraulic system

International Hansa displacement piston pump, composed of stable performance hydraulic system, can realize stepless speed change; France Poclain cycloid hydraulic motor, two-wheel drive walking, to ensure smooth and powerful walking.

Steering system

the front and rear frames are articulated, with hydraulic power steering, flexible and light steering, labor-saving operation, and small steering radius,  turning radius of 2800mm for the inner wheels and 4000mm for the outer wheels.

Sprinkler system: pressure water pump electronically controlled water spray system, atomized sprinkler, spraying uniformly, convenient switch, water saving, front and rear wheels have scraping boards, which can keep the steel wheels clean and ensure the compaction effect.
